Working West

Working West is my love letter to the real, modern West—less postcard, more long day in the dust. These images follow the rhythm of ranch life and rodeo: empty roads winding into the hills, barns and schoolhouses that have outlasted generations, cattle moving down quiet dirt lanes, and the horses and riders who still do this work every day. I’m drawn to the small, telling details—the way dust hangs behind a herd, the look a cow gives you from behind the rail, the focus in a rider’s eyes in the eight seconds that decide everything. This collection is for anyone who knows that the West is not a place frozen in time, but a life still being lived—one hoofbeat, one gate, one long evening at a time.
